Every summer, Nautilus runs bespoke boat tours around the stunning coastline of Corfu. We show you our favourite secluded spots, swap stories and share a beautiful Greek BBQ lunch cooked to perfection on the boat.

Meet your hosts & guides
Iakis, captain, chef and MC
Iakis grew up in Corfu, working in his family’s much-loved taverna, Glyfa, learning to cook and run a successful business. Iakis is the Captain, Chef, and MC of Nautilus. As a proud Corfiot, he loves showing visitors his favourite spots along the East Coast of Corfu, sharing his stories of the island, and serving up a delicious Greek BBQ lunch that includes his family’s homemade wine, olive oil, and produce.
Hospitality is a way of life for Iakis. Every trip on Nautilus is an opportunity for him to make a lifelong friend, someone who will be welcomed back year after year. His love for music, dance, and conversation ensures that every journey on Nautilus is a cherished memory that will be fondly remembered for years.
After a busy Summer season, you’ll find him hard at work on a building site. He has built the villa Adriana Sea View, available for rent, and is halfway through another house project.
Vanessa, Day-to-day operations, bookings and host
Vanessa, a native of the UK (England and Wales), brings a wealth of experience to Nautilus. Her successful career as a costume designer led her to Corfu, where she fell in love with the island and Iakis. She quickly became the regional manager and administrator for one of Corfu’s most successful villa companies, earning respect and recognition across the holiday villa industry.
Vanessa now assists Iakis in Nautilus’ day-to-day operations, from handling inquiries and bookings to preparing her famous tzatziki and catering.
Vanessa still takes design commissions, particularly around Carnivale, when Corfu dresses in its finest Venetian-style ball gowns and outfits. She is also a busy mum to a creative, curious, much-loved young daughter, whom Iakis hopes will one day take over as the next Nautilus Captain!

Nautilus is a one-of-a-kind, quality 14-meter motor yacht designed for sightseeing, beach hopping, swimming, lunching and even dancing your way around the stunning coastline of Corfu!
In 2007, we built Nautilus, a beautiful purpose-built motorboat Iakis had spent years researching and planning. She was built by one of Greece’s top nautical engineers. The finishing touches were completed by Iakis, talented local craftsmen and technicians here in Corfu.
